It's an UCCW-skin I made for that setup. It was 5x1 places.
In the UCCW-help you can read how to change the skin to fit end to end
on you screen.

Yep, it's UCCW and no it doesn't. But you can
add the slide down gesture to open the usual statusbar
in most launchers. :)
