Non-theme installation instruction for Android :

1. Download this file

2. Download Apex Launcher (or other launcher) in the Play Store

3. Put the unpacked folder onto your phone's memory

4. Put the app you want to change the icon for, on your homescreen

5. Press and hold the app-icon on your homescreen until the editing menu pops out

6. Press "Edit"

7. Click on the image and choose the related icon from your gallery's folder
